Headwalls

Single piece headwalls are made in six sizes, with back wall widths of either 0.6m, 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.6m, 1.8m and 2.2m.

• The 600 wide headwall is 750 high.

• The 1000 wide headwall is either 900, 1050 or 1200 high.

• The 1200 wide headwall starts at 900 high and goes up to 3000 high.

• The 1600 wide headwall's height starts at 1050 and goes up to 2400 high.

• The 1800 wide headwall starts at 1200 high and goes up to 3000 high.

• The 2200 wide headwall's height starts at 1200 and goes up to 3000 high.

Pipe holes are custom made to suit all types of pipes on the market and the invert height can be set at any height. Multiple openings are also available. Sills can be cast into all headwalls at any height required. Sloped discharge sills are also available. Rebated shoulders can be added to include dropbar control to the headwall, either on the back wall or the front sill.

Larger headwalls can be made in panel form to a maximum height of 5600mm. As this is a much larger structure it is constructed using four panels which require bolting together on site and pouring a cast-in-situ floor.
