Aluminum Sliding Doors
Aluminum Sliding Doors can be mounted to Pits, Headwalls and Channel Checks where a waterproof seal is required, using undershot control.
The door frames are secured to a vertical concrete face by stainless steel trubolts and sealed with a mastic sealant.
The door runs up and down in a neoprene guide rubber and beds down into a sill rubber giving a waterproof seal.
The doors are adjusted by means of a screwlift thread, the smaller doors by a 25mm diameter shaft that does not move above the headstock and the larger dorrs by a 38mm diameter shaft that has the wheel and bearing situated in the headstock. There are no moving parts below the waterline.
Twenty standard sizes are available and custom sizes can be made upon request. You must quote opening sizes and allow 100mm for the frame.
All sliding doors can easily be mounted onto any of our product range at our precast yard prior to delivery as long as the total height does not exceed 3.0m.
